Electric vehicles additional terms of business and payment
1. Deposit, deposit, cancellation
The estimated rental fee must be received by FunCar no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental period by transfer, credit card or cash, otherwise the reservation is deemed to be canceled. The deposit is € 1,500, which must be deposited in cash or by credit card upon collection. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation time, 100% of the rent will be charged and not refunded. Cancellations can only be made in writing to office@funcar.at.
2. Use of the vehicle
If the tenant is under 24 years of age, a surcharge of 15 euros per day will be charged.
The renter agrees that the parameters of the driving behavior of FunCar can be viewed and in the event of improper handling. or disregard of driving regulations is entitled to reduce the mileage online.
3. Charging station
When using charging stations and also when parking at the charging station (after the charging process), additional costs (up to € 0.5 / minute) may arise, which will be billed to the renter.
4. Returns
No refund of the rent if the vehicle is returned early, if the vehicle is brought back below 80% charge level, a flat rate of € 29 will be charged. The respective new price will be charged for the loss / damage of the charging cable or e-fuel card. Upon return, the charge card is read out and the renter is charged the charging costs. The renter is fully liable for damage to the entire vehicle interior, interior and leather upholstery, as well as the screen, these are excluded from insurance cover.

6. Reservation Model S Plaid +
According to information from Tesla, the Model S Plaid + will be delivered in October 2021. If the delivery date is postponed, the reservation can be postponed or canceled free of charge.
In order for the reservation to be confirmed, 10% of the estimated rental price must be paid in advance. Thus the reservation is binding and can lead to the loss of the deposit if the customer cancels.
If the reservation cannot be made due to the fault of FunCar, for whatever reason, the entire deposit will be refunded without any deduction. Alternatively, the customer can choose a different vehicle and have the down payment fully offset against the rental price.
